Immerse yourself in the timeless ground of being through guided meditation. Then learn how meditation can help us awaken to the evolutionary impulse - the very life force itself.
An important part of the day will be lively group discussions and Q & A sessions that reveal many aspects of this exciting new understanding and its relevance to an engaged life.
