Michael Grosso

Michael Grosso is the author of Experiencing the Next World Now, which explores the subject of life after death, The Millennium Myth: Love and Death at the End of Time, and others. Grosso is also a teacher and painter whose interests span psychical research, metaphysical art, the parapsychology of religion, and philosophy. He studied classical Greek and received his Ph.D. in philosophy at Columbia University, and has taught philosophy and the humanities at City University of New York, Marymount Manhattan College, and City University of New Jersey.

He presently lives in Charlottesville, Virginia, where he is affiliated with the Division of Personality Studies of the University of Virginia. Grosso is on the board of directors of the American Philosophical Practitioners Association and is the reviews editor of Philosophical Practice, the journal of the APPA. Michael also conducts Wisdom Seminars, discussion groups that apply philosophy to problems of everyday life.
